Chef Maher learned how to cook from the best chefs in the world, and moved to U.S. with the dream of opening his very own restaurant. Since restaurants lacked that home-cooked feel, he decided to open Joe's Grill to bring made-from-scratch Mediterranean food to the people – inspired by his mom's authentic recipes that originate from Bethlehem (The Holy Land). Plus, everything is fresh - nothing is processed.
